Michelle is a Disney specialist and is able to use her knowledge, along with clients' personal requests, to provide a magical Disney World experience and memories that will last a lifetime!

1. Michelle begins with the essentials: Setting up your My Disney Experience account and assuring that park reservations are made and tickets are linked. Next, she will work with your family, taking into consideration ages, requests, meal preferences and more to create an amazing Disney experience for your group. You will receive information detailing each of the 4 main Disney Parks, as well as an overview of personal favorite restaurants on Disney property for you to review. This will include some attraction information along with height requirements so that you will know what your family will be able to ride at each park. 

2. She will work as your personal concierge from the moment you begin the process until your tour comes to its conclusion. From discussing the nearly unlimited amounts of dining options, rides and attractions, to hotel locations, transportation and ticket options, she will be available to answer all of your questions and help you choose the best options for your group. The next step in the process will be to book dining reservations at 60 days in advance. Once your dining reservations have been made, she will create a personalized itinerary for you based on your requests. Michelle will use her detailed knowledge of parks, ride locations and durations to make a magical Disney day and maximize your time at the parks.  

3. When your tour day actually arrives, Michelle will offer many concierge type services throughout your day. Some examples of these services include getting drinks/snacks while you are on a ride, taking care of stroller parking, staying with little ones when they are unable to ride, taking little ones on separate rides, getting on a walk-up list for restaurant/lounge reservations or picking up quick service meals and getting seating for your family. Other services include taking group photos and finding the best spot to watch the fireworks. She is there to make sure you have a stress free and magical day, so please feel free to ask if you have a request for your guide.

4. Meet your VIP Tour Guide: We will begin each day at a meeting place of your choice. This can be your hotel, a dining establishment or at the parks. Michelle strives to make each day’s itinerary the best for your group’s needs so that she can maximize your experience in the parks, while minimizing wait times and delays. Please keep in mind that this schedule is flexible and allows for unforeseen circumstances or just a change in plans. Please let your guide know if you want or need to make a change. She is here to make your vacation experience exactly what you want it to be.

5. You may have heard of Disney Genie+, as well as Individual Lightning Lanes. This is the new paid “fastpass” system that Disney is currently using. Your guide will explain how this works, but don’t worry, while your guide is there, she will be navigating the system for you. Michelle knows the parks inside and out, so, sit back, relax and enjoy your Disney World vacation!
