We are a family of four and it was my kids and husbands first time to Disney, Michelle was incredible! She made our vacation so special. She booked our rooms, our meals, our lightening lanes, helped us organize our days and rides. We decided to utilize her as our tour guide. Wow, that was the best decision. She handled the Disney App for me so I could enjoy the time with my family and wasn’t on my phone the whole time. Michelle’s knowledge about the hotels, parks, restaurants and shopping is impressive. She was a personal concierge that exceeded our expectations. We met our family friends and our group was 10 and she still worked her magic to keep us all together for rides and meals. Michelle even helped us with all the kids. (Bathroom breaks,snacks and keeping everyone happy) Michelle also had packing suggestions of what to bring to Disney that was extremely helpful.
